Lawn and LandscapeFull Year with Six (6) Treatments, including:

  • FERTILIZER: Properly timed granular feedings to promote thick, vibrantly green grass with a vigorous root system.

  • CRABGRASS CONTROL: Early spring crabgrass application to create a preemergent barrier, and prevent crabgrass from invading your lawn.

  • WEED CONTROL: Ongoing tailored applications to get rid of over 40 common lawn weeds including dandelions, plantain, chickweed, and clover.

  • LIME: A maintenance level treatment of lime to keep your soil pH balanced.

  • LAWN INSECT CONTROL: Designed to control above ground insects such as chinchbugs, sod webworms, as needed throughout the year.

DELUXE LAWN CARE: Level 2

Full Year with Six (6) visits annually

  • ESSENTIAL PLUS CORE AERATION: This program includes all the treatments from the Essential Care plus a core aeration. The aeration helps reduce thatch build-up and relieve soil compaction. The lime application and aeration are done at the same time.
